MasiMax won the recompetition for a 5-year contract to support NIDA's Public Information and Liaison Branch (PILB). The objective of this contract is to provide NIDA with communications support in disseminating materials to educate researchers, practitioners, policymakers, the media, and the general public about drug abuse research findings and opportunities.
MasiMax assists PILB in disseminating the results of drug abuse research and promoting the Institute's research and training opportunities. Our services also include designing and operating exhibit and media outreach programs and developing and producing numerous publications for diverse audiences. MasiMax has been serving as PILB's partner in these endeavors since 1999.
NIDA approved MasiMax's proposal to take the publication from 2-color to 4-color in late 2005. Along with a new logo and updated interior, NIDA NOTES will feature new editorial content, including a special 4-page insert that gives readers an indepth look at the biologic systems and research methods underlying drug abuse science.
